Does Anyone Remember [[And Perhaps Still Own) This Obscure Dionne Warwick Song?

About 35 years ago +-, Dionne recorded a song entitled "The Promise of Life" to benefit research into SIDS [[Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.) I am pretty sure it was only available as a cassette single and the only way you could obtain it was to make a donation to the foundation that she was working with. I am quite certain it was never sold in stores and it never appeared on any album.

I bought a copy and owned it for a while but have long since lost track of it. I seem to recall that the sound quality of it was not especially good.

So does anyone remember this song? If anyone still owns it, maybe they could post a link to it on here, if that would be allowed, so that fans who have never heard it could hear it for the first time.

I'm having some major 'deja vu' after reading your post, David. I seem to remember hearing this track at some point and also remember that the sound quality was not good. I checked my hard drive to see if I have this song and unfortunately I don't. I'll create a post in the Dionne Warwick Archive group on Facebook to see if anyone has it.
