On the 9th floor there were two mixing studios. Down the hall from the mixing studios was the disc lathe room. The technical engineers had run lines fom the mixing studios to Harry Balk's 5th floor office. If Harry wanted, he could have a mix piped directly to his office, rather than going up to the ninth floor to listen to it.This seemed like a great idea at the tme. however, Harry was the kind of guy that HAD to be in the studio, so this was a little used convenience.
