yes I do..and it WAS recorded at the 20 Grand.

The mono and stereo albums are different concerts.....the mono copy is VERY obviously overdubbed.

Live stuff on Motown acts at the 20 Grand....hmm......if only the vaults could talk!

By the way, the wonderful Velvelettes were at the 20 Grand..a picture of them outside the venue is in the tray of their US "Very Best Of" album. The ladies knocked everyone out with their perfomance of "Theme From Batman" complete with masks and capes....

I have video footage of The Velvelletes performing the Theme From Batman on Robin Seymour's Swingin Time TV show. Strange.

I WORKED IN THE DRIFTWOOD LOUNGE THERE IN 1968 WITH THE VIBRATIONS AND THAT IS WHERE I MET MIKE TERRY WHICH LED ME TO TERA SHIRMA. AND I MET EDDIE HAZEL WHO TOLD ME OF HIS NEW CONCEPT CALLED FUNKADELIC EVEN BEFORE THEY RECORDED.
AMAZING STUFF!!

I haven't seen the footage for a few years, but I think that's the only thing I have on them. There's also Jimmy Ruffin singing "L-O-V-E" and Kim Weston with "Take Me In Your Arms", plus a few other Motown things; Berry with The Supremes being interviewed. Also Dee Dee Sharp and Jackie Lee (The Duck). The tapes are still in Windsor.

Windsor!

I guess that means Canada and not the UK...boo hoo

I think I have that Jimmy Ruffin performance - he also does Since I've Lost You. Kim doing Take Me In Your Arms sounds wonderful.

Yes John, across the pond. I used to live there.
It sounds like you have some of the same footage - The Tempts' "Get Ready" is also on it and I guess it's from Sept' 1965.
