Hi Flynny, Yes, Cicero was a real soul 'journeyman' The record I was refering to was when he used the name Corey Blake - 'How Can I Go On Without You' written by the legend singer/songwriter Prince Phillip Mitchell. Sells for enormous amounts on the UK Northern Soul scene!!(over $ 400!!)

Soul Brother. I agree with you about "Winter Man", I have a copy on a U.K. Atlantic 45, as the "B" side of "Funky Party". The funny thing is that I hardly ever played it until I found another version .. by CHARLES ALLEN on Dash 5017 .. the "B" side of "God Blessed Our Love" .. which uses the same backing music. I think I slightly prefer the CHARLES ALLEN version as it has "grittier" vocals. Roger |
