I know that the late 60's was 'THE party era' for my family if there was no other time...we partied like it was '1969'....going into 1970...lol...

Motown, PIR (FAMILY REUNION by the O'Jays was and still is a favorite when the family gets together), Stax, James Brown, Isleys, Sly, Jacksons, EWF, Parliament/Funkadelic, Reggae and Soca music. When the kids were asleep (or supposed to be asleep) Al Green, Isleys, and Lovers Rock Reggae.
