I JUST SAW THE PLAY I SING 4 LUV STARRING FREDA PAYNE JAMES AVERY DAWNN LEWIS DESIREE COLMAN-JACKSON HOWARD HEWETT NERMA WILLIAMS DAVID RAMSEY ERIKA RINGOR BUDDY LEWIS OLANDO MEDLEY AND OTHERS.THIS PLAY WAS PRODUCEED BY KENNETH A.LEE AND DIRECTED BY ART EVANS WAS ONE OF THE BEST PLAYS THAT I EVER SEEN.THE MUSIC WAS DIRECTED BY BERVIN HARRIS WAS OFF THE HOOK.I DIDN'T KNOW THAT DAWNN LEWIS COULD SING SO GOOD.FREDA PAYNE WHAT A GREAT TALANT.THE JAZZ NUMBER THAT FREDA DID WOULD BLOW ANY NEW SINGER OF TODAY AWAY.ALSO THE GIRL(FREDA)CAN ACT.WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IF THIS PLAY COMES TO YOUR CITY CHECK IT OUT(YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT)THE PLAY I SING 4 LUV HAS A GREAT MASSAGE.(I DON'T WANT TO GIVE IT AWAY)I JUST LOVE THE 70s SUPREMES | ||

I saw Freda Payne several years ago in the play "Sophisticated Ladies" and she was wonderful.Thank you Stone Love for the info on this new play-hopefully it will travel the country. | ||
