I suppose this message is meant for all of the new-comers to the Forum. This morning I had to delete the Mary Wilson thread because I really didn't like what was going on there even though I had posted a cease and desist warning. I really don't want to hear any BS about who said what etc etc. The point is that when I, as your moderator, say enough, that is EXACTLY what I mean. I will NOT tolerate any of the crap that went on at the old forum and ya gotta know I have extremely powerful editing tools on this new site and won't hesitate to use them. There is nothing I hate more than having to delete a thread because it invariably cheats some rule abiding member out of information they might be looking for. However, I will do it in a heart beat if things, in my opinion, get out of hand. That's the deal! If you don't like it...LEAVE!! | ||

Thank you Ralph! It is greatly appreciated. Perhaps we can go back to RATIONAL conversations without personal attacks, due to differing opinions. I'm willing to respect anyones opinion just as long as they afford me the same courtesy. That is called CIVILITY & is what differentiates us from lower forms of life. Lay it on Brother Ralph. You have my complete support. I am very sorry that a tiny ~few~ can take up so much of your valuable time. I would also remind you that the quickest way to shut up a trouble maker is first click the ban IP icon by their message.  . This will stop their poisonings dead in their tracks and, and at the very least, force them to log in somewhere else with another IP address. Next click the delete message icon. In the meantime, we will also ban their account. It totally pisses me off that a person of your stature who has done so much to make this forum a joy to so many has to put up this abuse. | ||

Lowell, Thanks for your support and kind words. This is the first problem we've had since the inception of the new forum. I don't want to make a big deal out of it. I'm sure all will be well. I'm loving it! We're talking about some serious & important issues. Now if we could only have the same type of behavior when discussing music.
