The first time I saw Tyrone Davis perform was his first Nat'l Tour..a big show that included the Impressions,Stairsteps, Bettye Swann,Unifics ect. and they had Tyrone close the show due to the HUGE success of "Can I Change My Mind" which was #1 at the time. He was uncomfortable onstage and probably because of being put in the headliner position ...when I saw him a couple years later WOW what a change, he had great command of the stage. |

Happy B'Day Mr. Davis!! I caught you about 7 years ago in LA with Johnny Taylor and Clarence Carter!! That show still stays with me...School was IN session that nite..Thank you so much sir, you are the man!
