Hi all...Great foum here and very informative. This is my first post and hope y'all can help. There'e this song...artist and title unknown to me...that I used to hear in the late 70's to mid 80's with a few words that goes like this..."there goes the train taking my love away from me...I never thought I'd be standing on these tracks, waving to a love that's never coming back. As fears begin to rise, water start to flow and now I realize I'm never gonna see her anymore"... Does anyony know the title of this song or the name of the group that did this song? It's a soul/R&B song. Thanks in advance. |

Could you supply a few more hints, chorus lyrics perhaps? Is it a ballad, mid-tempo or fast? A few more details could help. Peace Juice |

Cawamor (curious, what does that mean?), it's always good to get as much basic info as possible. For example, U didn't even mention -- and surprisingly none of the posters even asked -- is it a female group like THE HONEY CONE or is it a male group like THE TEMPTS or a mixed group like THE FIFTH DIMENSION or what? Even I don't have a clue w/ such little 411 -- and I luv train songs! All aboard. "Destination Anywhere".

LaBrenda, It sounds as though you're looking for Let The Music Play by Shannon. |
