"EXTRA, EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT" "I'm gonna get it in the want ads" (I think it goes something like that) The Honey Cone's were slamming in that jam! But in reading that list, 1971 was truly an important year for me and it brought back so many memories. Some good, some not so good. But most were good, just learning life and the songs help make the imprints. The Chi-lites and The Stylistics got the romance going, BIG TIME! Thanks Chancellor of Soul for reliving the good times. |
