Just got off the phone wih Bobby Eli. Recording sessions are going great. Talked with Jerry also. Bobby will have the guys come on and say hello as things progress. ( Bobby told me he is singing background on one song and playing guitar on another. He really sounded happy. ) Bobby also will try and post some session pics. I know we all wish these guys all the success in the world. This is what happens when you put a bunch of Good and TALENTED people together. | ||

You know, reading this makes me feel a little more optimistic about the future of music, and I really look forward to hearing the results. By the same token, I was well-pleased with Stewart Francke's single with the Funks. (Check it out, folks!) Could it be, even in the smallest way, that Detroit might be spearheading a return to 'real' music? Now wouldn't that be something?!  | ||
