Hello Bobby: Please forgive me for being so bold with this statement. You must have been very pleased (one with the spirits, happy, well laid, satisfied with where you where at, at peace with the world and so on) with your life when you wrote that endless stream of classic hits that where penned by you and your collaborators. Cause every time I listen to them they bring a smile, a tear, a feeling of warmth or internal bliss to my being when I hear them and I want to boogie also!!! Was it all of them no,(close) but it sure was a mother load of them. Man how happy could a guy be for so long that what he felt was shared by so many for so long!!!!!!  | ||

Wow Brian, How profound! I truly do appreciate you for feeling that way about my music. Yes, my collaborators and myself were living in a time that was permeated by an air of peaceful creativity brought forth by a plethora of extremely talented 9and spiritual) people who just happened to wind up at the same place in time and of one accord, and to me that was the magic that makde it happen in the way that it did. never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that our little songs would touch so many peoples lives and I am forever grateful for it to this day. BTW, there are many more where those came from.(smile) | ||

Bobby: Once the flame is light it burns for ever in our heart, mind and soul. It's hard to imagine but a part of you has been brought to the otherside by those who's lives yours was deeply intwined with. I my self am personally pleased that I am still here LOL to enjoy the worldly side of that equation, But when it comes that time to meet my maker I have a few 45's that have the initials BTWM on the sleeves and my daughter knows it means Bury This With Me. So you will be taking that eternal journey with me one way or another. LOL Hopefully we will be playing those 45's on a much higher ground !!! | ||
