While surfing the net, I stumbled upon The Soul Generations website. I was extremely surprised to learn that The Soul Generation currently consists of Cliff Perkins & four WOMEN, one of whom is his daughter Crystal.

I haven't heard or seen their shows so I'm asking if anyone here has seen their show? If so, how do they recreate the MALE harmonies of their classic songs? Do they capture the sound of their hits, or have they totally revamped their sound???

Hi Juice;
I know Clifford, so I'll find out the 411 but it make take two saturdays from this one as we are going to be away next saturday. You see my contact who is close to Clifford can only be reached on Saturdays. You should have asked yesterday, LOL!

In my hood, Body and Soul was THE benchmark for groups either on the corner, at parties, talent shows, etc. I regret being only being familiar with Body and Soul and "Million Dollars."

Thanks Kev Lo!!!

Destruction: You must hear a ballad of theirs named I Wonder What She's Doing. Another sweet ballad with a falsetto lead. Their Collectibles CD can be had for a very fair price. They had some nice ballads. There's also a Sequel CD called The Battle Of The Bands. I Wonder What She's Doing is on that collection, not the Collectibles set.
