Stone Love: Thank you for sharing this perspective. I'm still shocked and saddened to hear Syreeta is no longer with us. Her contributions as a singer and songwriter (It's A Shame, Signed Sealed & Delivered) will always be rememebered. Kevin Goins - KevGo |

Why cant the powers give artists and people in general, their much deserved props and kudos while they are still alive. With all due respect, and not to sound cynical, some of the things that are said at memorial services can sometimes reek of phoniness and disingenuousness! rest in peace, ms Wright.. you were and are still a star..on earth as it is in heaven! |

What Words ELI of Truth - why do we have to wait until Good People have passed over to Praise them and give them the respect the ricjly deserve. Here currently in the UK we are going through the same with a well respected Radio DJ, but it was also in those last few years this Guy needed the love and support, but now people are knocking each other to praise him, after he has gone! SYREETA had much Talent and Many of us will never forget her and that Choir has another Great Member. Thanks Stone Love for the report it is appreciated and means a lot. Thanks John |

Short obit on Syreeta in EW magazine this week. I had also read somewhere that she was going to duet with Stevie on his new cd. |
