Little Beavers "Wish I Had a Girl Like You" was a great Florida record...on one of the many TK labels, Blue Candle...I have the old 45, the record got a lot of airplay here in the Orlando area. | ||

OMG BARRY! WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET BENNY LATIMORE'S 'THE POWER AND THE GLORY'? I JUST RECORDED THAT ONTO THE TAPE THAT I'VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR YOU! YOU KNOW THAT'S ONE OF MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE TUNES! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!  I like Little Beaver's 'Wish I Had A Girl Like You" as well. My favorites by LB are 'Party Down' and the instrumental 'We Three". Jeannie Reynolds' 'Look What Love Has Done To Me Ma' is another SERIOUS Soul tune! No Nonsense Wah Wah guitar on that track and Jeannie tears it up as usual. Barry, did you get my last email? |
