Although I have never particularly liked War--I love this song which I think is pure rock/r and b ish and Eric Burdon is an underrated talent, and very r and b at times. Any other thoughts?

I got to say I prefer the Isleys on Spill the Wine...that and Layaway were two of their best later TNeck tracks.

No problem--I think Eric has been betwixt and between rock and r and b. For some reason Id like to hear him duet with maybe Etta James.
