Anybody have this in the audio version? How do you like it? I was expecting more from the 2rAw rex-Refill-Acid-Wav version, which I purchased.

I can only figure out what half of the songs are. It would have been nice to know what all of the songs are, and have everything broken down into individual hits to save a brother a little work.

Is it worth getting Cool Ju? What kind of tempos are covered?

I have the audio version thanks to a good friend of mine across the pond!

It's ok, but sonically not so great and there is a lot of grunting and groaning as well, and too much cymbal ring for my taste.

Only a small handful of individual hits at the end.

Dayo, I can't recommend it, unless you get it for $10 or something.

If you buy the book "Give the drummer some" by Jim Payne, it comes with a great accompanying cd with over 100 loops and examples of some of the greatest grooves in r&b drum history, complete and detailed.

I just bought "The Commandments of R&B Drumming" by Zoro. It has a pic of "Give The Drummer Some" on the back. I'll check that book out, too. Thanks for the lead.

Is Zorro still around ? I hadn't heard anything about him since he was New Edition's guy.
