Whitney Houston appeared on a segment of Access Hollywood tonight with Clyde Davis. Whitney looked healthy and she acted and sounded normal. It was great to see her in such a better physical and emotional state.
Can you believe that her daughter Bobbie Jo is 12 years old now, it only seems like yesterday that she was born.
The interviewer asked Whitney which song of all that she has recorded was her favorite. "The Greatest Love Of All" was her reply. Clyde said the first time he heard her sing the lyrics "he got chills".
The interviewer asked Whitney about the remake of Bobby's song "My Perogative", which has been done by Britney Spears. He wanted to know if Whitney and Bobby had any plans to do a remake of Britney's song "Oops I Did It Again". Whitney's reply was, "Not A Chance", "No Way".
I was glad to see Whitney looking so well and I wish her all the best . |

I always wondered why it was never stated when Clive left Arista that Whitney had that clause in her contract that if Clive left Arista so could she. I guess he is again involved in her career, which should help. |

Everybody is talking about how NORMAL Whitney is again! I haven't seen her recently, so I don't know. But by all of the talk, I'm glad she is on the right track and putting her life back together again. Clive is a master of reinvention, proving it to the letter with the then-dormant career of Carlos Santana and bringing him back to life with his album Supernatural, so it's very fitting that working with his protege' will bring her back to her former glory as one of the greatest singers that ever lived. Stay tuned folks. Oh, by the way, word is that the Bravo channel has given Bobby the green light to air his 10 one-hour episodes of his yet-to-be-named reality show sometime in the very near future. This should be VERY interesting y'all. Til next time.......... |
