This is an awful way to discover such a wonderful idea. My condolences to Flip's family. The band was scheduled to be here in Chicago on Wednesday. I hope they decide to postpone the show to mourn the passing of their friend and colleague.

It was P-Funk, not the Rubberband due in Chicago Wednesday, a friend & I cancelled plans to attend (we're about 12 hours away) yesterday after reading a rumour on 1 Nation that the show would be cancelled or postponed since it's really far from the southern and west coast dates the band is concentrating on at the moment.

My bad, you're absolutely right. I still haven't heard if the shows been offically cancelled or not though.

But guess what, don't know if it's gonna be The Tackheads or P.Funk (which are 2 different bands totally) is what I heard from a very close source. And then again Chi Drummer & Erik T it maybe held a day before?!

Chi Drummer: Read my post above. And if your still
not sure, check your net (where the event is being held), the local news papers or the radio stations. That's how I missed out on this yr's African Arts Festival.
