Oh well, it's another Detroit mystery. Thanx for the try, David. I searched the internet and came up empty, as well. The fact that it's for sale is all I know so far.

there was a significant musical presence in sixties detroit by white artists too.

it could be that there is some association with garage music therefore.

I've seen that building. Being close to Hamtramck, it may have served to record Polish-ethnic music.
