The group were a re-formed lineup of the 50's group who had a huge hit with "Get A Job" -
the Miracles first record "Got A Job" was an
answer to it. Their subsequent singles didn't
sell so they broke up in the early sixties.
The group got together again around '67 with an album on
Goodway - the single was apparently given away with the album as a promotional device.

I recognize the address as being a stones throw from where I had formerly resided.It's realy funny, but the label stick looks like sixties Detroit, ala Groovesvillish in a psychedelic sense. The only mention of the label was relative to The Sillhouettes. I should ask Dave Brown of Philly Archives . I think he should know.

i played the cd track tonight.
it's right up there with the best northern records.
