Rusty Day recorded a 45 called "I Gotta Move" which was released on the Maltese label. Can anyone tell me who owned Maltese Records? In the Yellow Pages it has the same address as Golden World.

Cat,
I'll check with Fred Saxon, the record's producer, to see if he knows the answer to this.

Some of the Maltese recordings have a New York connection - eg; writers and producers.
I think "This Is Our Day" by The Dolls was the biggest hit on the label. Do you remember that one Ralph?

Graham,
I'm not sure about the above. I talked with Fred Saxon last night regarding Maltese Records. Fred suggeted the possibility that the label was Irv Biegle's.At any rate, look for a post soon by Fred, he may be able to shed some light on the Maltese issue.
