Does anyone know what ever happen to Jackie Ross who recorded for the Chess label back in the 60's? Is she still alive?

She's still alive and performing, but I don't have any details, though.

Can anyone tell me who is the piano player on Jackie Ross' "Selfish One"?

Medusa
I know that Jackie Ross worked with Phil Wright at Chess records who was an arranger but also played piano behind Jackie on various things but not 100%sure if he actually played on 'selfish one'.
As there were others
a name that sticks in my head was somebody called Caston who also played piano with her.
Kevgo will probably know as
Gerald Sims was also involved along with Jackie Ross as well at the time
so Kev may well help us out here.
I still have the record
'selfish one ' on a nice uk Chess Demo.
plus a nice large picture of Jackie with a piece all about her fortcoming release of 'selfish one'that was being plugged at the time.
