The Funk Bros. show is Aug. 21 at Meadow Brook Music Festival in Rochester, which is a far north suburb of Detroit.
Tix available through ticketmaster.com. It's an outdoor amphitheater, so you either sit there, or there's lawn seating as well. Vonda Shepard is the guest vocalist, and of course the Funks backup singers; Carla Benson, Johnnie Ingram and Delbert Nelson will be singing lead on a number of songs as well.
