Toronto took the world stage yesterday with a fifteen act concert that was headlined by the rolling stones. among the other acts were the guess who, ac/dc and my favourite act of all the Isley Brothers performed in Downsview park in north Toronto for a crowd of just over four hundred thousand people.

I know that all of you have heard how the city has been impacted by the sars scare, but as Mick Jagger proclaimed last night Toronto is back better than ever. The Stones always practice here before they go out on tour, and readily agreed to do the show so as mick said to put the energy back in our favourite city. I am not a huge rolling stones fan, but thank you Mick for helping our city

Count I would love to but I am moving to the bahamas next friday, so it is not going to be possible for this year but you never know about next year, but I will be looking forward to the details about how the event goes.

THats right stu one week to go next friday I will be gone, I will tell my friends who are going to see the lion king to keep an eye out for your friend unfortuately, The lion king is about to be another victim to the sars scare, because audiences have been very low the production is going to shut down at the end of the summer, one other major production has already shut down, lets hope that this concert does what it is supposed to do and it brings toronto back.

I've been told Demo's run in the Lion King ended a while ago,but of course he is still up here along with some other old funky friends.Junie Morrison supposedly has his new C.D. in the can as well as L.M.T. Connection will have a new one in October.See the link below.
