JAMES BROWN SAID IN HIS AUTOBIOGRAPHY THAT HE AND ELVIS WERE FRIENDS FROM WAY BACK,BUT SOMEONE ELSE STATED THAT ELVIS WASN'T REAL FOND OF JB,WHAT'S THE STORY WITH THOSE TWO,DOES ANYONE KNOW?

I don't know about being real friends but I know that Elvis used to rent a movie theater in Memphis & watch JB's performance on the T.A.M.I. show over & over...I think he dug him.

I heard a story that Elvis used to sneak in
James Brown's shows in disguise, everytime he
came to Memphis. Also I heard that after the
show was over, Elvis would also hang around and
do a late night jam session with him on the
piano, singing sprituals. Boy I wish I was a
fly on the wall for that late night performance !
James said that he also visited Graceland to
Elvis' wake in 1977.
