I'm really sad to hear this.

His name always jumped out from quality albums.

Skip Scarborough wrote many hits during his career, including "Can't Hide Love" which was first recorded by Creative Source (Sussex Records) in 1973. Earth Wind & Fire cut their version for the Gratitude album in late 1975.

Skip's Tunes:
"Don't Ask My Neighbors" - Emotions
"Love Ballad" - LTD Featuring Jeffrey Osbourne
"Love's Holiday (Would You Mind...)" - Earth Wind & Fire
"Giving You The Best That I Got" - Anita Baker
"Love Changes" - Mother's Finest
"Ffun" - Con Funk Shun

Rest well, Skip.

My friend Caesar Suero had a label called Pizzaz records in Philly and hired Skip to co produce and write "Breakin Through" by Sybil Thomas.
He was a great guy.
I knew him briefly during the EWF era.

RIP Skip!!!
