Will we see 2fers for Marvelettes (though one was previously released some years back) or Gladys Knight & The Pips?

I'd like to see the Originals with the 2fers. They were good but so underrated and promoted.

It's amazing they stayed with Motown from 1966-1977.

Harry - Anything that's been recorded by DRuffin, and never before released, it's time. :o)

Oh yeah, one more thing! If there are anymore unreleased Marvin/Tammi duets, I would love that too:)

Any chance of twofers of Eddie Kendricks or David Ruffin?

...And how about those two terrific live Jr Walker lp's on a cd?

Speaking of twofers & Junior Walker, the most recently announced twofers are the first four studio Junior Walker albums. Shotgun/Soul Session and Road Runner/Home Cookin'. They are due to be released in the UK in the very near future. Both will have some bonus tracks. Harry Weinger posted all of the particulars in the Spring 2003 section of the Motown boards at http://boards.motown.com

This will be the first release of Soul Session on CD.

Regards,
Ken

Thommy Girl, last year, Motown released all 3 Tammi and Marvin albums and included unreleased demos and alternates of several duets, plus a lot of solo Tammi versions of the duets on two CDs. I don't know if there are any unreleased duets outside that collection.

I'd love to see the Originals, David Ruffin, and the 70s Supremes. A combo album of the Four Tpops-Supremes duet albums would be ideal.

Hello nish, yes I am aware of that. I have heard also that there are more unreleased Tammi songs in the Motown vaults. I would love to hear them as well as any other unreleased Marvin/Tammi songs(if there are any).

Hi, im back. I doubt there would be another Marvin/Tammi two-fer cuz I know that one was already released I was more talking about a Tammi Terrell two-fer with her unreleased solo songs on it and if there were any more Marvin/Tammi unreleased songs maybe that could be included with that.:)

A 2-fer for Brenda Holloway & Kim Weston would be good.

I'd even accept a one-fer on Kim and Brenda!!

yes, a two-fer featuring "What Love Has Joined Together" and "Flying High Together" would be great.

Top of pageBottom of page   By Uptight (24.55.6.144) on Monday, June 16, 2003 - 05:12 pm:

Yeah, Nish. Or "Flying High Together" with "Renaissance." Renaissance has not been on CD, whereas "What Love Has Joined" has been released on CD before. All three are great albums.

Top of pageBottom of page   By Nish (66.119.34.39) on Monday, June 16, 2003 - 05:16 pm:

What Love Has Joined has been released on CD before, Uptight? And I MISSED IT????

Oh yeah, I think all Billy Griffin era miracles albums need to be released on 2-Fers.

Smokey Robinson albums would be nice too.
