Hi all, I know i don't post often, in fact maybe just once or so, but I recently got an LP called "Where I'm Coming From" by a group called "The True Reflection" one of the members was Glenn Leonard, who later became a member of the Temptations. Anyway the LP has some very beautiful songs on it. I was wondering if anyone knew the history of this group? Or if any one else owns this LP what is your opinion on of it? Thanks.

True Reflection were from DC and produced by Bob Currington and Willie Lester.
I believe that we did two albums worth with them.
Bob currington gave us a ton of work in the Seventies.
I dont knowtoo much more about them other than Glenn's involvement with them.

Although I haven't played my copy in years I do remember some really great songs on that LP - one in particular that stands out in my mind at the moment is "It Really Hurts" - what a beautiful "philly soul" style ballad that was!

"It Really Hurts" is a classic. Glenn Leonard had "retired" and was living in Toronto, Canada after True Reflection broke up. Tony Sylvester of the Main Ingredient turned the Tempts on to Glenn.
