Game 1 this afternoon.Pistons came up a little short-went into a scoring drought in the 4th quarter.Should be a good series though.Pistons have many weapons.Game 2 Tues night.

I can't believe what happened tonight.Pistons played great all night and the Nets squeaked by them. What a down-like feeling.I'm watching this game in it's entirety and saying the Pistons are a very good team, well rounded-finals bound and then almost out of nowhere the Nets pulled it out.Game 3 thursday night.Until then, sleep tight Soulful Detroit.Caleb

Seems my internet connection fritzed, just like the Pistons did. Oh well...now they'll just have to join those two lonely teams in history who have managed to come back from loosing the first two at home. LOL

Game 3:Pistons get crushed. They did however pick up the 2nd overall pick in the upcoming draft plus their already 25th pick in the first round. This is great news.Thru a 1997 trade with then Vancouver they were able to get this 2nd pick in the first round.Things are looking very bright for the Pistons future.Game 4 this weekend.Peace

After two heart wrenching defeats and an unknown killing you off the bench (Johnson), Caleb you ceratainly know how Sixer fans felt last week losing three killers & watching an complete unknown (Prince) affect the outcome. A smile is a frown turned upside down, AMEN

Pistons swept in 4.The Nets were just too much-their a tough team.I think they can win it all.Things are looking good though for the Pistons next year.Draft picks, maybe another free agent and they should be that much closer to getting to the finals.Until that time,Peace.Caleb

I DON'T KNOW CALEB!!!...DESPITE THEIR GAME 1 MELTDOWN...I THINK THAT THE SPURS ARE THE TEAM TO BEAT IN DAVID ROBINSONS "SWAN SONG"!!!...STUBASS

Hmm...interesting Stu-we shall see.Spurs do have a strong team.Nets are so fundamentally sound defensively and can get it going offensively as well.Should be a good series.

IF THAT SERIES COMES ABOUT CALEB...AND IT'S STILL MUCH TOO EARLY TO TELL...I'D HAVE TO GIVE THE SPURS (TIMMY D & ALL) THE EDGE UP FRONT...WITH THE NETS (JASON...ETC) THE NOD IN THE BACKCOURT!!!...WE'LL HAVE TO SEE!!!...IF IT'S THE MAVS...HOWEVER...NOW *THAT* WOULD BE A HORSE OF A DIFFERENT COLOR!!!...STU

Rich...TayShaun Prince is hardly an unknown..at least around these parts ! He came out of a highly respected program (Compton's Dominguez High)...same as Chicago's Tyson Chandler and went to another great program at Kentucky. He's "unknown" simply because he's a good kid that never got into any trouble and did all 4 years of college (when he could have turned pro much earlier).

Welcome to the sidelines Caleb ... they're young, you'll get your chances.

1wicked, I'm not referring to Prince's accomplishments in HS or College, I'm talking about the Sixers sitting down before the series and watching films to devise a plan to deal with Tayshaun. That simply didn't happen, they didn't think he would be a factor and neither did anybody else. Word of caution, once a strategy was put in place ... poof !! Tay-Gone LOL

Pistons are now going to either pick the young phenom from Siberia,17 year old 7'center Darco M.-suppose to be awesome!!or Carmelo Anthony from Syracuse.Either one would be a great pick, pay big dividends.Plus they have their 25th pick in the first round.Looking forward to next year.

Where's Dave Bing when you need him? I sometimes wonder if the Pisons were more loveable when they were drawing crowds of 40 or 50 hearty souls at Cobo, and they couldn't give away season tickets at the Channel 56 auction.....
