Hey soulful detroiters Im new to this site and this is my first posting. I would like to ask Bobby Eli or anyone connected with Philadelphia International or MFSB what The Universal Community of Truth was. This postal card fell out of my copy of MFSB's END OF PHASE 1 collection about 7 yrs back. Was The Universal Community of Truth a fan club? A way to communicate Kenny Gamble's spiritual message? What exactly was it and what was the end result for anyone sending those post cards to 309 S. Broad Street in Philly. Anyone with an answer holler back. I would also like to know what Bunny Sigler ( I know he was singing back-up for Patti Labelle a few years back) and Instant Funk are up to nowadays and how I could possibly get in touch with them. I believe that the UCT was just some kind of PIR promo thing to bring "awareness" to the product and that is all for nothing ever became of it.
Bunny is doing great, and as Ralph said, he has a cd just out.
He is going to be appearing in the opera Othello in Italy in September!!
Instant funk are no more.
Raymond Earl has a decent studio, though.

Bunny is looking forward to it and is in rehearsals.
How it came about was that someone heard him sing the Mario Lanza song be My Love and it took off from there as he has a phenomenal range.
