I remember once seeing a various artist cd featuring local Detroit acts. On this cd was the track "If This Is Love(Then I'd Rather Be Lonely)" By the Precisions. I am sure that with all of the knowledgable people on this site someone can direct me to this track.

I don't know where U live, but if U live N Detroit or surrounding area, U can find just about anything at "Melodies & Memories" on ( MIle Rd & Gratiot Ave....or "Street Corner Music" on 13 Mile Rd. and Southfield Rd...
If they don't have it, they will order it 4 U.
