King Arthur Epps had a single in 1982 on K-Art titled "I'm not giving up"/"Think happy".Writer is Arthur Epps.

I'm aware of a single on Spark by Arthur Epps titled "Baby these are the things I need"/"Why him instead of me". This sounds like something from the mid sixties. Spark was distributed by London Records. The writers are Lockie Edwards,jr. and Chris Towns respectively.

Does anyone have anymore info on this singer?
