I've heard people refer to the "R&B Hall of Fame" before, but I can't find any proof of it's existence. Is there such an entity? Is it just a list of HoFers or is there a museum somewhere? If not, someone needs to get on that someday, do a better job of celebrating post-war black American music than the RnR HOF does.
