Were you on the recording session of Cliff
Nobles masterpiece instrumental 1968 hit, "The
Horse". If so, can you descibe what was that
particular session like ????? Everytime I hear
both sides of that song, " The Horse", b/w "Love
Is All Right", I lose my mind !!!!

Hi Mike..
The session was a stone groove with Norman Harris at his rhythmic finest.
The drummer was a guy caalled 'slim" from Chester.
We did a slew of sesions for producer Jesse James such as Bogaloo down broadway and more.
Phil la of soul was started by Jamie Guyden for these endeavors as their "soul label"
