The Ghetto Children are basically the Skinner Brothers. Steve Skinner was an old neighbour of mine and one of the first people that used to come to my house and practice with me. He used to sing all of Chuck Jackson's songs of the time.
I have no idea who Troy is. Probably a NYC guy.

Possibly Benny Troy who had an album on DeLite
(and goes back to the sixties as Benny Troy and
the Maze)

Do you have a copy of that song? I know who Benny Troy is. Please email me at
emersofe@flcc.edu and mark it Benny Troy.
I'll email you back and let you know. I would like to have a copy of that record if you have one to sell!
Thanks
