Jay...not venue has been formally announced for L.A. yet. I know $$$$ speaks louder than words....but I'd love to see them in a smaller, more intimate venue....something like the old "Concerts By The Sea" in Redondo Beach (I was dazzled by Phyllis Hyman there...) or perhaps The Strand.

The dates and venues on that previous post were tentative. Dates and venues have changed several times since then -- that's the trouble with posting tentative dates, everybody gets worked up over a venue or a date that may not even be in the mix.

Folks, it's not my fault!!! I don't want to mention names, but I got this schedule directly from A.S., and I cut and pasted it into my mailing list and website. As soon as I hear back from Allan, (or there is a preponderance of evidence), I will put out the corrected dates. I have also heard that the Toronto date is Apr 15 (not the 13th). I don't know what to believe! In our defense, the dates and venues have been jumping around for weeks now. As I said: "subject to change"
If somebody has a ticket in hand with the show date, please let me know. Also, phune numbers for ticket sales, and venue addresses would be great. I fully expect that Allan will have the publicity support whipped into shape in short order. Things should be less visibly chaotic then.
I will definitely be at the Oakland show (if I can figure out when it is) -- I would love to meet any of the Soulful Detroit West Coast gang. Let me know if you are going to be there.

Saturday March 30th I went to the box office at the Wiltern in LA and bought my tickets.
On the tickets it says Wednesday April 23 Wiltern. This ALSO coincides with Ticketmaster.

Due to difficulties in obtaining singles rights from the various singers' record labels, and some management reluctance to work with us (I would call it "stupidity", but that's why I'm not doing these negotiations), we couldn't make it happen. We had music video TV play all lined up, etc, but we just couldn't come to terms.
