An acquaintance played me a cassette in the mid to late 80's with a ballad by a female singer that I just can't id.
The opening lines go "It's four o'clock on the wall and I'm all alone. So why don't you hurry home, hurry home. It hurts so much to be all alone ..."

I remember it had a synth. playing at a low level in the background, kinda reminds you of Kool & the Gang's "Summer madness".

Anymore info anyone?
