A long time ago, I read an article on Michael Lovesmith, who was signed to Motown in the 80s. He mentioned that he came from a musical family. His aunts were also singers and while they never became famous, they sang background on a lot of Motown records. There was also some brief mention of them attending Motown company picnics.
I believe he said their names was the Shephard Sisters. Has anyone ever heard of them, or know of any records that they might have sang on?
