Guitarist Gary Shider was/is usually the fella in the diaper. He would also sing "Cosmic Slop", with which they liked to kick off their shows during the Mothership Connection tour. The bass player was probably Cordell Mosson, but I can't remember if he went the diaper route or not.

A few years ago Radio 2 played a recording of the Duets concert Aretha gave and it sounded brilliant. A few weeks later they showed a film of the concert I could not take in what she sounded like as I could not past watching her outfits!
