As someone who lost a friend to a drunk driver I think Ms.Ross should to hard time. Take out her weave,and giver her some time in prison to think about her actions. The rich get away with to much in this country d.u.i kills Just because she was a top singer years back is no reason to let her get a slap on the wrist and let her go.

I dont think Miss Ross should do any hard time because this was a first offense now if she KILLED someone then yes she should do hard time.

Man she is filthy rich I dont know why she didnt call a cab or get a limousine service. That seems so unlike her to do what she did ..oh well

Diana's breathalizer was .22 at which level a person is over 100xs more likely to kill or be killed. In Sweeden that would have gotten her an automatic 6 months in jail-no way out. DWI deaths are the most violent cause of death in the HISTORY of the US--more DWI deaths than the combined total of all American soldiers killed in all wars in history of US.(If MADD hadnt started about 200,000 more would have died if the laws hadnt changed) If she gets off she will be more likely to kill someone in future - maybe me or someone close to me. Does anyone know what happened on 1/30 in Arizona on her court date?

Dianna Ross deserves the same treatment anyone else gets, no more, no less. DUIs get off everywhere, she's no exception. But jail time doesn't teach anyone how to handle their addiction. They go right back to it when they're sprung. This country's never approached drinking/drug problems well.

Ms. Ross pleaded not guilty to her D.U.I. charge
If anyone saw the police video she was drunk on her ass, she could not stand up.Her B.A.C. was 2.2 , any thing over .08 is considered a D.U.I.
Hope she gets the max, lets see what justice the rich and famous get, I hope its the same as us average folks.
