Are there any behind the mixing board or studuo pictures on line of Detroit studios....?

Mary,
In the Tera Shrma story there is a picture of Milan Bogdan behind the Studio B board. Just recently Ed Wolfrum posted one of him at United Sound. I can't remember what thread that is located on though.

Hello Mary and Ralph,
Here is a shot of Ralph's Brother, Russ, in the mixdown room in the basement at Motown around 1969 or so.

Dear Mary,
Directly to the left of Russ's head are five equalizer panels.
My department designed and built these units. They were my babys.
The mixing console that Russ is operating was also designed and built by my department.
That sewer pipe (vertical, about the same distance to the right of Russ's head) was the sort of thing that drove me crazy, but I could never get upper managment to consider such things to be negative, and in need of correction.
I guess that the "Funk" that poured through that pipe, as the mixdown of the classic Motown hits was taking place, was considered to be a "lucky charm."

Hey Mike...what about the hum field from the power panel right above the Studer. Thank God for the great Studer head shield. We are always working around problems and I guess that's what makes us engineers.
The room worked and may great mixes came out of there. The proof is in the pudding!
