does anyone has got any infos about a tiny little detroit label called KiKi Records ? I once heard a tune by the great Melvin Davis but nobody was yet able to help me out with further infos.

Also I am still looking for his fabulous Jackpot 45 if anybody has a spare.

I'm pretty certain it's Ke-Ke not Kiki.

The label is Ke-Ke and the song is "It's No News".

I'm pretty sure that this 45 has reached the lofty heights of his Groovesville and Wheel City rarities (in terms of value).

I think there were only two 45s on Keke - but the label release numbers seem to infer that there might be a third. Anyone know for sure?

Hi Marc, Yes it 's me - Graham Finch.
I met the record label owner's brothers when I was in Detroit in September - the owner died quite a while ago.
I'm not aware of these recordings being on any CD - but I can't speak with any great authority as CD stores here in Taiwan don't stock stuff like this; you'd be lucky to see a Diana Ross comp'.
I can always put a tape together for you.
