Can anyone here shed any light on the group Satisfaction Unlimited; line-up, other work, etc.
They recorded for Hot Wax in 1972, having an LP + promo 45 released. The 45 was Hot Wax # 7213, I'm told, "Bright City Lights".
Other tracks, off the album, that UK modern soul fans like are "Lets change the subject", "Time for us", "Why.." & "Seeing you through eyes of a blindman".
Were the group from Detroit and recorded in-house or was this 'bought-in' product (it doesn't have that typical Invictus / Hot Wax sound).

John,
No they're not Detroiters - HDH picked up the album from an independent production company.
Satisfaction Unlimited are related to the Satisfactions who had releases on Smash and
Lionel but their lineup had changed by the time
the album was recorded.
