Why did I have a feeling that you would show up with some of the missing parts Flynny??? :> ps. If you have the pressing matrix numbers on those tunes I would be bvery thankful. I am sorry I did not know you have a site. Please post the link I would love to see it. Maybe you have already done what I am trying to do and then I can stop and enjoy the rewards of your efforts LOL. I am going to attempt to do a listing of every Detroit Label I know of. Will take a little time and will need some help but it will get done. |

"Allrite Records" was spelt as I have here, at least on 620, 621, 622 and 625 that I've seen. 621 was "Daddy Cool" by The Cal Cons. I can't remember the title of the flip, but I believe we listed a brief discography of Allrite on a thread on The OLD SD Forum. Unfortunately, I can't remember the thread's title. Graham or Ron may remember. In any case, I think they both can complete the Allrite discography for us. My copy of the Magnetics, Lillian Dorr and The Cal-Cons that I saw all had RCA pressing codes on them rather than ZTSC. The Danny Moore I had was ZTSC. The Magnetics I have has: N9OW 1400 for "The Train", and: N9OW 1401 for "Where Are You". |

Soulaholic...my original idea was to create an interactive, fully searchable database, but the restraints of the host site have held me back, sadly. I do have info on many other labels where there is but a single/handful of (relevant) releases...maybe one day I'll be able to complete the initial idea. I believe Graham and the site boys are planning something similar too?

That would be a great thing, Flynny. And you know you'd have a lot of people in the wings glad to contribute missing data to it - so we can have a SINGLE source that people can go to that is as complete as possible. |

Soulaholic, "I am going to attempt to do a listing of every Detroit Label I know of. Will take a little time and will need some help but it will get done" I started in 1968 and there's still gaps and "new" records to be discovered. Davie |
