I have Weldon's book and believe me its a very good one to pick up, photo buffs like you will surely enjoy it, especially the very early and rare photos. On the advice of Vonnie & Bobby Eli I picked it up when it first came out and glad I did.

I have to tell you that I always loved that final fade where they harmonize on those final 2 measures. When they harmonize on that final "true....girl", MAN!! I love those intervals!!! Now that was harmony, perfectly realized!

But promo pics and some others that I have are pretty rare now too and show the artists in their best light. I love the way they used to dress or the poses and background settings they used for the photo sessions!
Whne you look at the pictures the record companies send these days, you can see the difference... it was all about class back then... now you have to have that "street look" to be hip... I can let you think where my preference lies, with a few of my favourite pics...
