All, Hey Dinelle. Last night on BET - I saw a video with "New Edition." My God - that song - "Can you Stand The Rain" - was bad - for real. Why didn't those fellas blow up more. I loved that group. I can't wait until the 26th when the BET tribute for Smokey will air. What took them so long? And are there others out there that deserves their Star on the WOF? They also showed the video of the group "Troop." Y'all remember them? I know SDF probably does. LOL! Hey Handsome. Lord - I forgot the song they sang - but it is sweet too. At first I thought they were New Edition too - until I saw their faces. Those were some dancing brothers. | ||

Smokey has been my idol since I was 10 and I'm now 53. He's my fave writer and producer and one of my fave male singers. I couldn't imagine life without one of his songs or records. He deserves alot of credit for the success of Motown and soul music in general. | ||

All, Yessssssssssssssssssss! I was just out the door when I got a call from a recruiter out of Chantilly, VA @ CACI (Government Contractor). She wants me to send another resume. They have an office here in Montgomery. Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And. BET Comedy Awards tonite @ 9:00 EST & VH1 is hosting the Hip-Hop 30 year anniversary show at the same time. Steve Harvey hosts the BET awards. Everyone will be there - including Tracee Ross (Girlfriends). I will be switching channels back and forth. LOL! "SWEET LOVE" Later. | ||
