For those of you who live in the central Connecticut area, Arlene Smith's Chantels will be in concert at 7:30 PM on Saturday, October 9, at the Portland (Connecticut) Fairgrounds. The 60 minute show, which is free and open to the public, is the finale of the annual Portland Fair.
