I know what you're saying. I'm as sorry as you are that SD is becoming something else. I believe in a society where honest people have free movement and the bad people have to have passwords. This way, we have to do more to get through and in the end we wind up talking to ourselves, but that makes it all the more important that the likes of you are the right side of the line.

PS I'm talking as if this new thing is going to accept the likes of me.

I haven't been on SD long, but I've enjoyed all your knowledgeable and inciteful posts. I find this OLD Forum format easier to use and less time consuming too. But, deciding upon having SD or NO SD, I'll gladly take the extra time. I hope you'll reconsider.

.....A couple of notes. Aparently you don't have to sign on every time you enter. You can read to your hearts content the postings other people have made. Only once do you have to expend any extra energy, that's when you register, and that doesn't take very long.

As to actual posting, all you're doing is typing in your user name and password, and if your computer asks if you want it to remember your password, you don'e even have to do that.

Besides, I NEED YOUR KNOLEDGE. As I've said before, I'm here from a position of weakness, and you've taught me alot. So.....
