I would like to get Rosalie Trombley, longtime music director of the #1 radio station during the 60's and 70's, CKLW, voted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Who do I contact, what's the criteria needed, and is there even a radio category?

Radio people would fall under the "Non-performer" category. Radio people elected include Alan Freed, Dick Clark and Tom Donohue.

While recording artists are nominated by a 40 person committee and voted on by about 1,000 people, non-performers are selected by the HoF Board.

This was the first year that no one was inducted in the non-performer category. Jann Wenner got a "lifetime achievement" award. I have no idea if this means they are going to replace the non-performer category, drop it entirely or just put someone in when the spirit moves them.

I'd write to the Board of Directors c/o the HoF.

Fred,
Thanks so much for your suggestions. I guess the best thing I could do at this point is to call Bob Seger's manager, Punch Andrews, and ask him how to go about it.
